As a result of the nature of our products (food items) and for the safety of all our customers, all sales are final. Aga’s Wholesome Foods Ltd will be happy to refund any item(s) in the unlikely event that they might be damaged or spoiled during transit.
To make sure that you are satisfied with the food you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as the order arrives, and contact us within 30 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You are eligible for refunds only if payment has already been made for an item that is not available or out of stock.
You are not eligible for a refund after paying for a product that is available.
Refunds are done within 72 working hours (i.e 3 working days) . Bank and transaction charges will be deducted. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Products already dispatched cannot be refunded. We engage the services of an external logistics company. Hence, delivery of products once dispatched from our warehouses is outside our control.
